Building a startup requires three critical vectors: product, go-to-market, and fundraising. Most technical founders master one: product. But companies don’t scale on product alone.
Without traction, fundraising stalls. Without capital, growth slows. Without structured execution, momentum breaks. Vector 3 was built to operate across the missing vectors.
We partner with technical founders building strong products and help drive go-to-market execution and capital strategy in parallel. Not as advisors. As operators. When product, GTM, and fundraising move together, progress compounds. That alignment is our edge.
Vector 3 began in Austin. Almaz and Justo met during their MBA at the University of Texas at Austin. While their paths diverged academically — Almaz focused on finance and investing, Justo on business and go-to-market — they kept crossing paths in the same places: entrepreneurship club events, Texas Venture Labs sessions, and startup gatherings across the city, often at Capital Factory. Both were drawn to early-stage builders.
After graduation, they took different routes but stayed close to the startup ecosystem. Almaz continued investing and operating alongside the founders. Justo worked hands-on with technical teams on go-to-market execution. Over time, a pattern became clear.
When Justo helped founders with GTM, fundraising was often the bottleneck. When Almaz supported fundraising, GTM was usually the weak link. The problem wasn’t effort. It was misalignment across vectors.
They decided to build a boutique firm focused on a specific type of founder: technical builders with strong products and real potential. Technical founders misstructured execution across go-to-market and capital. That’s what Vector offers.
After working with two beta companies by helping drive traction and close funding, Vector 3 officially launched as a venture studio. Selective. Operator-led. Execution-first.

After relocating to Texas, Justo immersed himself in the startup ecosystem, advising more than 30 early-stage companies. His work has spanned AI SaaS, cybersecurity, healthtech, supply chain services, and consulting firms across the United States and Latin America.

Justo’s edge is simple: structured execution. He applies a process improvement lens to the go-to-market strategy. Beyond revenue growth, Justo has developed deep expertise in sales process redesign, pipeline architecture, ICP definition, and cross-functional GTM alignment.
Most recently, he has worked alongside technical founders to redesign commercial strategies, implement CRM discipline, and align sales motion with capital strategy. His emphasis is not on isolated tactics, but on building integrated revenue systems capable of sustaining scale.
At Vector 3, Justo leads go-to-market architecture, sales system design, and revenue execution strategy — ensuring that strong products evolve into disciplined, investable growth engines.
