Vector 3 Ventures Corporation — Last Revised: September 4, 2026
Vector 3 Ventures Corporation (“Vector 3,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Notice explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have when you:
• Visit our website at [vector3vc.com] (the “Site”);
• Purchase or use the Fundraising Diagnosis, Fundraising Preparation, or Fundraising Motion services (collectively, the “Services”); or
• Otherwise interact with us, including through email, Slack, scheduling tools, or marketing communications.
This Notice does not apply to information about third parties (such as prospective investors) that Vector 3 processes on a Client's behalf as part of the Fundraising Motion service. Section 4 below explains how that information is handled.
Name, email address, phone number, company name, job title, and similar details you provide when you contact us, book a Diagnosis call, or engage a Service.
Information needed to schedule and confirm a call, such as your selected date/time and calendar details.
When you purchase the Fundraising Diagnosis or pay under a Statement of Work, we (or our payment processor or bank) collect billing details and payment information. Card payments are processed by a third-party payment processor; Vector 3 does not store your full card number. For wire transfers, we collect the banking details necessary to send or confirm receipt of payment.
Content you share with us to receive a Service, which may include your pitch deck, financial model and underlying data, cap table, incorporation documents, contracts, letters of intent, and other data-room materials, and any other business information you provide (“Client Content”).
Notes taken during advisory calls. Where you have given consent (see Section 6 of our Terms of Service), we also retain the call recording and/or a transcript.
The content of messages you send us by email, Slack, or through the Site's contact or booking forms.
When you visit the Site, our analytics providers and we automatically collect information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring/exit pages, and approximate location derived from your IP address, generally through cookies and similar technologies. See our Cookie Policy for details and your choices.
We use AI tools, including models provided by Anthropic (“Claude”), to help review materials you provide (such as pitch decks and, where applicable, call notes, recordings, or transcripts) and to help draft reports and deliverables, which a Vector 3 team member reviews before delivery.
Based on Anthropic's published commercial terms for its API as of the date of this Notice, Anthropic does not use content submitted through its commercial API to train its models. We will update this Notice if that changes or if we adopt a different AI provider or access method.
If you engage the Fundraising Motion service, Vector 3 builds and executes outreach campaigns to prospective investors and their representatives on your behalf. In doing so, we collect and process personal information about those individuals — such as name, employer, role, email address, and LinkedIn profile — sourced from Vector 3's own investor relationship database and from third-party sourcing and enrichment tools (including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and ZoomInfo), and we use outreach platforms (including Lemlist and Dripify) to send and manage communications with them.
We do not independently verify the lawful basis under which this information was originally collected by our third-party sourcing and enrichment providers.
This investor and contact information is maintained by Vector 3 as an ongoing business asset used across engagements; it is not provided to you as a deliverable, and Vector 3 does not sell it. If you are an investor or contact who wishes to stop receiving outreach from Vector 3 or to make a request about your information, you may contact us using the details in Section 12.
• To provide, schedule, and deliver the Services you purchase or engage;
• To prepare reports, decks, financial models, and other deliverables;
• To process payments and maintain business records;
• To communicate with you about your engagement, including scheduling and support;
• To operate and improve the Site and our Services, including through AI-assisted analysis as described in Section 3;
• To send marketing communications, where permitted, which you may opt out of at any time;
• To comply with legal obligations and to protect the rights, property, or safety of Vector 3, our clients, or others.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information as follows:
We use third-party providers to help deliver our Services and operate our business, including: Notion (workspace collaboration), Canva (deck templates), Google Workspace and Google Drive (data room and file storage), Slack (client communication), Google Meet (calls), Lemlist and Dripify (outreach campaign execution), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and ZoomInfo (investor sourcing and enrichment), HubSpot (customer relationship management), Beehiiv and Customer.io (email/newsletter communications), Anthropic (AI-assisted analysis), our payment processor(s) and/or bank (payment processing), and our website host, [Hostinger]. Each provider is authorized to use your information only to provide services to Vector 3.
If you choose to engage Vector 3's design referral partner (currently a 500 Global mentor) for pitch deck design support, information necessary to make that introduction is shared with your consent; your direct engagement with that partner is governed by their own terms.
We may disclose information where required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or where necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Vector 3, our clients, or the public.
If Vector 3 is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We may share information with third parties for any other purpose disclosed to you at the time and with your consent, including named use of your company name or testimonial as described in your service agreement.
We retain personal information for as long as needed to deliver the Services, maintain our business records, and comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, after which we delete or anonymize it. Call recordings made with your consent are retained only for Vector 3's internal purposes described in Section 3 and are deleted once no longer needed for that purpose.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of marketing communications. We honor these requests as a matter of policy for all individuals who contact us, regardless of location, subject to reasonable verification of your identity and any legal limitations (such as retention required by law or ongoing contractual obligations).
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email in Section 12. We will respond within a reasonable time, generally within 30 days.
Note: Vector 3 is an early-stage company and does not, as of the date of this Notice, meet the applicability thresholds under the California Consumer Privacy Act or similar state comprehensive privacy laws. We nonetheless honor the requests described above as a matter of policy and will update this Notice with jurisdiction-specific detail if and when a specific law applies to us.
